The thickened upper skin layer and the dead skin cells are gently removed by the peeling, so that subsequent active ingredients can better penetrate the skin. The Kalahari watermelon oil from the Kalahari desert contains vitamins A and C as well as a very high proportion of essential fatty acids, especially linoleic acid (approx. 50-70%, which cannot be produced by the body itself) and therefore has excellent moisturizing and regenerating properties. Already many years ago the seeds of the Kalahari melon were used for cosmetic purposes. The inhabitants of the desert used the oil from these seeds as a moisturizer that protected the skin from the intense sun and dehydration. The precious oils contained give a pleasant protection, which you feel immediately after application!
